Cacao comes from its natural environment. Cacao is made using whole cocoa beans and is minimally processed without heating above 40 degrees to preserve its best properties.

Cacao recipe

You must be thinking about how to use the raw cacao in your hands. We share with you
simple tricks and a delicious recipe for how we make our cocoa. create
a pleasant environment in which to make cacao. You can light a candle and
clean your sacred space with palo santo or sage. We recommend giving your own cacao
an intention or prayer that your Heart is calling for at this moment in your life.

Cacao Recipe:

10-45g Kundalini Cacao
150-200ml spring water or milk
3-5 dates
1/2 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1/3 teaspoon cardamom
A pinch of cayenne pepper
A pinch of Himalayan salt
A teaspoon of maca powder

Weigh out the amount of cacao that suits you. A meditative amount is 10 to 25 grams. Strong
the amount for the ceremony is 25 to 45 grams. A sufficient amount for children is 10-15 grams.
Milk can be raw milk or plant milk. We recommend using for sweetening
dates, but you can also use honey or another natural sweetener.

1. Chop the cacao into small pieces with a knife.
2. Heat spring water or milk in a pot to 40 degrees.
3. Add seasonings, spices and dates and finally add cacao.
4. Pour the mixture in the pot into the blender and blend.

Now that the cacao drink is ready, pour it into your favorite cup and sit comfortably
sit down with a cup of cacao. Close your eyes for a moment, reconnect with your intention
and direct your focus to your Heart. Everything you seek lies within You.
