Making raw cacao drink

You are probably wondering how to use the raw cacao you have in your hands. We will share with you simple tips and a delicious recipe for how we make our own cacao. Create a comfortable environment for yourself to make cacao. You can light a candle and cleanse your sacred space with palo santo or sage. We recommend giving the cacao a request or prayer that your Heart is calling for at this moment in your life. Cacao recipe: 10-45g Kundalini Cacao 150-200ml spring water or milk 3-5 dates 1/2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon 1/3 tsp cardamom Pinch of cayenne pepper Pinch of Himalayan salt A teaspoon of maca powder Weigh out the amount of cacao that suits you. A meditative amount is 15 to 25 grams. A strong amount for a ceremony is 25 to 45 grams. A sufficient amount for children is 10-15 grams. Milk can be raw milk or plant-based milk. We recommend using dates for sweetening, but you can also use honey or another natural sweetener. 1. Chop the cocoa into small pieces with a knife. 2. Heat the spring water or milk in a pot to 40 degrees. 3. Add the seasonings, spices and dates and lastly add the cocoa. 4. Pour the mixture in the pot into a blender and blend. Now that the cocoa drink is ready, pour it into your favorite cup and sit comfortably with a cup of cocoa.
