Terms and Conditions
General settings
* These sales conditions of the Kundalini Kakao e-shop (hereinafter the e-shop) (hereinafter the conditions) apply to purchases from the internet address www.kundalinikakao.ee The seller of the goods is Kundalini Shakti OÜ (hereinafter the seller), address Tulika 64-23 Tallinn, registry code 16763912, e-mail address kundalinikakao@gmail.com. The terms and conditions apply to legal relationships between all persons (hereinafter: the customer) and the seller when purchasing goods through africantusker.com.
* The seller has the right to unilaterally change and supplement the conditions by publishing the new conditions at the internet address www.kundalinikakao.ee. If the customer placed the order before the changes to the terms and conditions came into effect, the legal relationship between the customer and the seller will be subject to the terms and conditions valid at the time the order was placed.
* Before making a purchase, the customer can save, print and, if necessary, reproduce the terms and conditions, and the customer agrees to the terms and conditions when making a purchase from the e-store.
* In addition to the terms and conditions, the legal acts in force in the Republic of Estonia apply to making a purchase from the e-store.
ORDER SUBMISSION
* Orders can be placed on the e-shop page either by logging in as a customer or as a guest.
* The customer selects the desired goods from the e-store and adds them to the shopping cart.
* The customer chooses the place of delivery of the order. We deliver goods to Estonian parcel machines.
* The customer confirms the shopping cart and pays for the goods in the payment environment provided by the seller. Before paying the invoice, the customer checks that the information given in the invoice corresponds to the customer’s actual wishes.
* Upon receipt of the order and payment, the seller sends a confirmation and invoice to the customer by e-mail.
* The sales contract between the seller and the customer enters into force from the receipt of the entire purchase amount paid by the customer to the seller’s current account.
* If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for some other reason, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the costs of delivering the goods) will generally be returned within 1-2 working days. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 7 working days to arrive.
PRICE OF GOODS, PAYMENT OPTIONS
* All prices of goods sold on the kundalinikakao.ee page are shown in euros and are VAT-free.
* The customer pays the sales price of the goods and the delivery fee in full for the order in advance. Payment is made in the e-shop in the payment environment chosen by the Seller. The seller does not have access to the customer’s credit card data.
RECEIPT OF GOODS
* We send goods to Omniva parcel machines in Estonia. In the case of a one-time order, a delivery fee of €2.99 will be added to the Eesti Omniva parcel machine selected by the customer when the goods are delivered.
* Shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the customer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
* In exceptional and justified cases, you have the right to deliver the goods within 30 working days.
* On Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays, goods are not handed over/collected.
* When the goods arrive at the parcel machine, the customer is informed by an SMS message that contains a unique door code to open the door of the parcel machine.
* The seller is not responsible for the damage caused to the customer if, for reasons not attributable to the seller, third parties have obtained the parcel machine’s unique code and the goods have been received on the basis of this code.
* Upon receiving the goods, the customer undertakes to open the product packaging carefully, without damaging the packaging and products. If the customer has damaged the packaging due to negligence, even though it was possible to open the product packaging without damaging it, the seller has the right to demand compensation for the damage caused when returning the goods.
* In the event that the customer discovers upon receipt of the goods that the wrong or defective goods have been sent to him, he must immediately inform the seller’s customer service by e-mail at kundalinikakao@gmail.com
PROCESSING OF CUSTOMER PERSONAL DATA
* The seller has the right to process the personal data and purchase data provided by the customer in accordance with the current legislation to the extent that is necessary primarily to fulfill the order placed by the customer in the e-shop.
* The seller implements all measures (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer’s personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process data.
EXCHANGE OF GOODS
* The customer has the right to exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt, either for another size or another product available in the e-shop www.kundalinikakao.ee, if the packaging is unopened and unaltered.
* In order to exchange goods, the customer must express the wish to exchange by e-mail at kundalinikakao@gmail.com
* When exercising the right to exchange, the customer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within 14 days of submitting the exchange application at the latest.
* Direct costs related to the exchange are borne by the customer.
* The exchanged goods must be sent to the parcel machine on the 1st floor of Kriistine Keskus (Smartpost) (Harju County), phone no. +37256728448, recipient Kundalini Kakao.
RETURNS, WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
* The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods.
